this place could have been decent if not for the unbearable smell in my room. expected a proper kettle for my tea but got nothing. also, no one seemed to care about fixing the faulty fan situation. nearly left a glowing review, but the lack of basic comforts changed my mind completely.

The on-site staff were friendly and accommodating. We were close to a McDonald's and several restaurants. A quick walk to the train station. it worked perfectly for us.

The new room was clean and it had an adequate setup for a family, which was a relief after having to switch from the first room. The allocation of a second room with the night porter's help worked out well for us.
The overall experience wasn't great. The first room had a foul smell, possibly from uncleaned projectile vomit on the wall, which is totally unacceptable. both rooms had faulty wall-mounted fans, leaving us with stifling air during warm nights. The absence of air conditioning or a working fan made it unbearable without proper ventilation. If you're on the ground floor, the security issue restricts you from opening windows. not having a kettle in the room for coffee or tea was a letdown for a family stay. It's a budget hotel, and while you might get what you pay for, the basic comforts were lacking.

friendly staff but room cleanliness needs attention
The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location's proximity to various dining options was a significant bonus, especially having a McDonald's nearby. It was convenient to reach the train station on foot, simplifying our travel plans.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, particularly in the bathroom area.

Great spot for families!
The staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms looked just like the pics, which was refreshing. It's a quick walk to McDonald's and a few other places to eat. But the shower could use a good clean. it wasn’t the best part of the stay.
